                        而家是中午十二點半啦,,開始我的午餐時間啦,,尼幾日係尼到差唔多全部都食肉,
                        就算有菜都係少少,為左我的健康著想,我都係決定今晚要試整一次沙拉..,.,
                       但根據我的經驗,第一次嘗試都係失敗多,咁只好而家午餐食得好d啦
                       睇我入得廚房出得廰堂ge  mario大顯身手啦~~~hehe^^
